What's included

Free Collection & Delivery

Free for orders over £25 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Regular scheduled collections are available — great for households on a rotation. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement.

Bedding is returned within 48 hours as standard. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.

What We Wash, Dry and Iron

We handle duvet covers in all sizes — cot, single, double, king size, super king, queen and emperor — along with fitted sheets and flat sheets in the same sizes, pillowcases and Oxford pillowcases, and cot sheets and children's bedding.

All items are washed using Fairy non-bio hypoallergenic detergent and Comfort Intense fabric conditioner — kind to sensitive skin and safe for children's bedding.

How Items Are Returned

Bedding is returned neatly folded flat, ready to put straight onto the bed. If you'd prefer items on hangers, just let us know.

Important: Duvet Covers, Not Duvets

We wash and iron duvet covers and bed linen — not the duvets themselves. Actual duvets require specialist equipment that goes beyond our home-based service. If you need duvet covers washed and pressed, we're the right service for you.

Yes — bedding is washed separately from clothing as standard. This keeps everything hygienic and ensures your linen gets the full attention it needs.
What detergent do you use?
We use Fairy non-bio hypoallergenic detergent and Comfort Intense fabric conditioner. This is suitable for sensitive skin and safe for children's bedding. Let us know if you have any specific requirements.
When will my bedding be returned?
We return bedding within 48 hours of collection as standard. If you need it back sooner, just ask.
Can I send a mix of bedding and clothing in the same order?
Yes — just bag everything together and we'll sort and price each item individually.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
We don't offer dry cleaning at this time. For specialist bedding items that require dry cleaning, please consult a dry cleaner.
