Free for orders over £25 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Regular scheduled weekly or fortnightly collections are available. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement.

Items are returned within 48 hours as standard. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.

Yes — regular scheduled collections are available and are how most business customers use the service. Once arranged, your agent will collect on the same day each week without you needing to rebook.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no formal minimum order, although free collection and delivery applies to orders over £25. For smaller orders, a small collection fee applies.
Can you handle table linen and napkins?
Yes — table linen, napkins and similar items are all within scope. Just let us know what you're sending and we'll price accordingly.
How are uniforms returned?
Shirts, tunics and similar items are returned on hangers in biodegradable protective covers. Folded items (t-shirts, aprons) are returned neatly stacked.
When will items be returned?
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from collection. If you need a faster return around a busy trading period, just let us know.
Are my items safe?
Yes — every specialist is vetted, fully trained and works in a clean, smoke-free home environment. In the rare event of damage, our compensation guarantee applies.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
We don't offer dry cleaning at this time. For dry-clean-only garments, please consult a specialist dry cleaner.
