What's included
Free Collection & Delivery
Free for orders over £25 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Regular scheduled collections are available — set a weekly or fortnightly schedule. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.
What We Handle
We handle duvet covers (single, double and king size), fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases and Oxford pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, and any other guest-facing linen.
The Service
All linen is washed using Fairy non-bio hypoallergenic detergent — gentle enough for every guest. Items are dried thoroughly (air-dried where possible, machine-finished when needed) and returned pressed and folded, ready to go straight onto the beds.
Capacity & Turnaround
Our local agents can handle approximately 10 bedding sets per collection. For larger properties or higher volumes, contact us — we'll help you find the right arrangement in your area. The standard turnaround is 48 hours, which means a collection on changeover day can be back with you in time for your next check-in.
