What's included

Free Collection & Delivery

Free for orders over £25 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Regular scheduled collections are available — set a weekly or fortnightly schedule. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.

What We Handle

We handle duvet covers (single, double and king size), fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases and Oxford pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, and any other guest-facing linen.

The Service

All linen is washed using Fairy non-bio hypoallergenic detergent — gentle enough for every guest. Items are dried thoroughly (air-dried where possible, machine-finished when needed) and returned pressed and folded, ready to go straight onto the beds.

Our local agents can handle approximately 10 bedding sets per collection. For larger properties or higher volumes, contact us — we'll help you find the right arrangement in your area. The standard turnaround is 48 hours, which means a collection on changeover day can be back with you in time for your next check-in.

Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from collection. If your changeover window is tight, let us know when you book — we'll do our best to prioritise. For most holiday lets and small B&Bs, a collection on check-out day means linen is back before the next check-in.

Our local agents can comfortably handle approximately 10 bedding sets per collection. If your property is larger, contact us and we'll find the right arrangement in your area.
Do you wash towels as well as bedding?
Yes — we wash, dry and fold towels, hand towels and bath mats alongside bedding. Just include them in the same collection.
Can I set up a regular weekly collection?
Yes — regular scheduled collections are available. Many hosts set up a standing arrangement so their linen is collected and returned on the same days each week without having to rebook each time.
What detergent do you use?
We use Fairy non-bio hypoallergenic detergent and Comfort Intense fabric conditioner as standard. Both are gentle and well-regarded — appropriate for guest-facing linen.
