What's included
Free Collection & Delivery
Free for orders over £25 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Regular weekly collections are available — set up once and forget about it. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement.
Shirts are returned within 48 hours as standard; faster turnaround is available on request. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.
The Shirt Ironing Service
Collars and cuffs are pressed flat and sharp. The placket (button band) is ironed individually and the back yoke and shoulder seam are pressed correctly over a sleeve board. Sleeves are pressed with the centre crease removed — a clean, tailored finish.
All shirts are returned on hangers in biodegradable, reusable protective covers.
For formal or dress shirts, we take additional care with the front panel and any pleating. Special occasion shirts — worn once, expected to look perfect — receive our highest level of attention.
