What's included
Free Collection & Delivery
Free for orders over £25 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Regular scheduled collections are available and we'll confirm 24 hours in advance. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement.
Items are returned within 48 hours as standard; faster turnaround is available on request. Complimentary laundry bags are provided for regular customers. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.
What We Iron
We iron everything — shirts, dresses, trousers, jeans, t-shirts, polos, children's clothing, school uniforms, and bedding including duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.
Shirts and dresses are returned on hangers in biodegradable, reusable protective covers. T-shirts and folded items are returned in neat shop-style folds. Special requests are always welcome — trouser creases, specific folds, hanging preferences.
Our Equipment
We use professional-grade steam generator irons and ironing tables — the same equipment used by commercial services, operated in a clean, smoke-free home environment by a fully trained specialist.
