What's included
Free Collection & Delivery
Free for orders over £25 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement.
Items are returned within 48 hours as standard; longer lead times apply for complex bridal party orders. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.
Garments We Handle
We handle wedding dresses (please contact us first — see below), bridesmaid dresses, suits (jacket and trousers), dress and formal shirts, blouses and occasion tops, mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom outfits, page boy suits and flower girl dresses, and formalwear for graduation, christenings, funerals and black-tie events.
Wash, Dry and Iron
All garments are available as wash, dry and iron — not just ironing only. If your outfit needs a full clean before the occasion, we can take care of the entire process and return it pressed and ready to wear.
How Garments Are Returned
All items are returned on hangers in biodegradable, reusable protective covers — ready to go straight into the wardrobe or onto the rail.
Wedding Dresses
We iron wedding dresses but ask that you contact us before booking. Wedding dresses vary significantly in fabric, construction and embellishment — silk, lace and heavily beaded gowns require specific handling. We'll confirm whether the dress is suitable for our service and advise accordingly. We do not offer dry cleaning.
Bridal Party Orders
For orders covering a full bridal party, please book at least one week in advance to ensure we have the capacity to turn everything around in time.
