Services
Collection & Delivery
- Collection and delivery is free for orders over £20 - a small fee may apply if less
- You can also drop off your items if that’s more convenient – just let us know in advance
- Our usual return time is 48 hours, but we’ll always try to accommodate quicker returns
- Regular scheduled collections are popular – we’ll always confirm 24 hours before pickup
- Regular customers will receive one of our high-quality laundry bags if needed
- Payment is due upon delivery via bank transfer or cash - credit card coming soon
Ironing
- Ironing is priced per item — simple, clear, and often better value
- We'll hang shirts, dresses, formal trousers, jumpsuits, and similar items
- T-shirts and other garments can be hung on request — just let us know
- Folded items like polos and jumpers are neatly returned in shop-style folds
- Hung items are returned in biodegradable, reusable plastic covers
- We’re happy to follow special requests like trouser creases
Laundry
- Pricing is based on load size — full and half load options available (max 7kg per load)
- Laundry includes wash, dry & fold, or ironing — just tell us what you’d like
- We offer special packages for Airbnb and holiday lets — ideal for guest laundry
- Please separate laundry into individual loads before washing to protect colours
- Laundry is air-dried where possible and gently finished in a dryer when suitable
- We use top-brand, non-bio detergent that’s ideal for sensitive skin
