Charging by the item is the fairest way to cost an ironing service so it depends on the garment type and quantity. However, the average family will spend between £30 and £40 per order, placing an order every two weeks.

When will I get my items back?

Clothes are typically returned within 24–48 hours after collection. If you need a faster turnaround, just ask — we’ll do our best to help.

Can I request specific ironing preferences?

Absolutely — just let us know how you’d like your items pressed or returned, and we’ll follow your instructions. In some cases a small change may occur depending on complexity.

Are garments hung or folded?

We hang shirts, dresses, trousers, and similar items for the best finish. T-shirts and other items are neatly folded shop-style. If you have a preference, just let us know — we’re happy to tailor it to you.

Do I need to provide hangers?

If you’d like your items hung, we recommend providing your own hangers. If that’s not possible, we can supply them for a small fee — just let us know when you book.

What ironing equipment do you use?

We use only the best quality steam generator irons and professional ironing tables to deliver consistent results and avoid fabric damage.

How can I ensure the best ironing results?

Make sure clothes are fully dry and not crumpled tightly in the bag. Damp or scrunched-up items can develop set-in creases that even professional ironing can’t completely remove. A quick fold after drying makes a big difference — and once it's handed over, we’ll take care of the rest.

What should I provide my garments in?

A laundry bag, basket, or something similar is ideal to keep your items organised. If you become a regular customer and don’t have one, we’ll happily provide you with one of our high-quality laundry bags.

Payment is due upon delivery via bank transfer or cash - credit card is coming soon.

Can I arrange a regular collection?

Absolutely. Many of our customers choose a weekly or fortnightly collection slot. Once it’s set up, we’ll always message you 24 hours in advance to confirm — no surprises, and no pressure if you need to skip a week.

Can I drop off my clothes instead of arranging collection?

Yes — drop-off is available by arrangement. Please contact us to confirm.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There’s no minimum to use our service, but orders over £20 qualify for free collection and delivery. If your order is under £20, you’re welcome to drop it off — or simply top it up to meet the minimum. We’ll always let you know the options when you book.
