Free Collection & Delivery
Free for orders over £20 — a small fee applies for smaller orders. Regular weekly collections are available — set up once and forget about it. Drop-off is also available by prior arrangement.
Shirts are returned within 48 hours as standard; faster turnaround is available on request. Payment on delivery by bank transfer or cash.
Ironing
Ironing is priced per item — simple, clear, and often better value. Shirts, dresses, formal trousers and jumpsuits are hung as standard; T-shirts and other garments can be hung on request. Folded items like polos and jumpers are neatly returned in shop-style folds.
All hung items are returned in biodegradable, reusable protective covers. We’re happy to follow special requests — trouser creases, specific folds, hanging preferences — just let us know.
Bed Linen
We iron duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases — cot through to super king. Everything is pressed and returned neatly folded, ready to go straight onto the bed within 48 hours.
Please note: we iron duvet covers and bed linen — not the duvets themselves.
Wedding & Special Occasions
We handle wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, suits, formalwear and occasion garments for weddings, graduations, christenings, funerals and black-tie events. Everything is expertly pressed and returned on hangers in biodegradable protective covers.
For wedding dresses, please contact us before booking — dresses vary greatly in fabric and construction, and we’ll confirm whether the gown is suitable for our service. For full bridal party orders, we recommend booking at least one week in advance.
Asian Garments
We provide specialist ironing for saris, salwar kameez, lehengas, sherwanis, churidars, dupattas and other South Asian and Asian garments. Each piece is assessed individually before pressing — steam temperature is matched to the most delicate fabric present, and embellishments are carefully worked around rather than pressed directly.
For heavily embellished pieces — wedding lehengas, heavily beaded saris or hand-embroidered occasion wear — please contact us before booking.
