  • Collection and delivery is free for orders over £20 - a small fee may apply if less
  • You can also drop off your items if that’s more convenient – just let us know in advance
  • Our usual return time is 48 hours, but we’ll always try to accommodate quicker returns
  • Regular scheduled collections are popular – we’ll always confirm 24 hours before pickup
  • Regular customers will receive one of our high-quality laundry bags if needed

Ironing

  • Ironing is priced per item — simple, clear, and often better value
  • We'll hang shirts, dresses, formal trousers, jumpsuits, and similar items
  • T-shirts and other garments can be hung on request — just let us know
  • Folded items like polos and jumpers are neatly returned in shop-style folds
  • Hung items are returned in biodegradable, reusable plastic covers
  • We’re happy to follow special requests like trouser creases

Laundry

  • Pricing is based on load size — full and half load options available (max 7kg per load)
  • Laundry includes wash, dry & fold, or ironing — just tell us what you’d like
  • We offer special packages for Airbnb and holiday lets — ideal for guest laundry

When will I get my items back?
Clothes are typically returned within 24–48 hours of collection. If you need a faster turnaround, just ask — we’ll do our best to help.
Can I request specific ironing preferences?
Absolutely — just let us know how you’d like your items pressed or returned, and we’ll follow your instructions. In some cases a small change may occur depending on complexity.
Can I drop off my clothes instead of arranging collection?
Yes — drop-off is available by arrangement. Please contact us to confirm.
What ironing equipment do you use?
We use only the best quality steam generator irons and professional ironing tables to deliver consistent results and avoid fabric damage.
How can I ensure the best ironing results?
Make sure clothes are fully dry and not crumpled tightly in the bag. Damp or scrunched-up items can develop set-in creases that even professional ironing can’t completely remove. A quick fold after drying makes a big difference — and once it's handed over, we’ll take care of the rest.
How much does your laundry service cost?
Charging by the washing load is the fairest way to cost a laundry service, and we offer half load options too. However, the average family will request two loads washed, dried and folded per week at £27. Some customers go on to request ironing, and receive a discount for doing so.
How is laundry handled?
Laundry is done in 7kg machines with lights and darks separated. Items are hung to dry and gently finished in a dryer (when safe to do so) for extra softness. We use top-brand non-bio detergent, ideal for sensitive skin.
Can you wash delicate items?
Yes — we can safely wash delicate or special-care items that are machine washable. Just let us know, as they may require a separate load.
Do you wash duvets or very large items?
We’re unable to wash duvets or very large items at this time as our washing machines are limited to a 7KG load.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer dry cleaning services at this time.
