In a smoke and pet-free home, Alexandra will iron.
5. Delivery
Payment is due once Alexandra has returned your items.

Lucy or Alexandra are always available to answer your questions.

We iron with steam and not heat, producing a superior finish and reducing the likelihood of damages to near zero. However, our promise to you is that if we damage one of your garments, we'll fully compensate you.
Meet Alexandra, she'll be collecting your garments
Alexandra is a friendly young lady who prides herself on carrying out her work to the highest possible standard whilst maintaining a positive can-do attitude. Her previous roles in the customer service sector demonstrate she understands the importance of customer care, and talking to her, you can see her shining enthusiasm. In 2022 Alexandra became our Hatfield Ironing Angel, covering St. Albans, London Colney, Brookmans Park, Radlett, Potters Bar and surrounding areas.
Using the Hot Iron principles and business practices, Alexandra will work from her smoke and pet-free ironing station in Hatfield. She'll be available to help all customers within a 10-mile radius of her home, visiting twice weekly. Finally, using only the best quality equipment, she prides herself on treating your garments with care and attention.
At Hot Iron, it's our mission to provide the very best ironing service in the St Albans, Potters Bar, Barnet and Radlett area, which is personalised to you. We work with Alexandra by supplying tools and training so she can deliver a convenient, reliable, high-quality ironing service with a smile.
