1. Place an order
Use our online form or call Lucy and arrange a convenient time and place for collection
2. Collection
Watida, your dedicated ironing lady will collect in person and in her smoke and pet-free home, she'll iron your clothes
3. Delivery
Payment is due once Watida has delivered your ironing and Lucy or Watida are always available to help.
Ironing Prices
Using a professional steam generator, Watida will iron your clothes placing hung items in recyclable garment covers and shop-fold the remaining garments in your laundry bag. Regular customers will receive one of our luxury laundry bags for free

We iron with steam and not heat, producing a superior finish and reducing the likelihood of damages to near zero. However, our promise to you is that if we damage one of your garments, we'll fully compensate you.

Watida did a fantastic job. She collected and returned my ironing within 24 hours. I gave her a mountain of bedding that I had allowed to build up. She returned it beautifully neatly ironed. And all this was done with a lovely cheery smile - Watida is charming and polite. Furthermore, in my opinion her prices are reasonable - it was well worth the price not to have to stand ironing for hours. I will definitely use her services again in the future. Thank you.
